When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. They are shipped via ground shipping, and are typically delivered within 1-10 business days depending on the shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please be sure to enter a valid email when placing your order to receive your tracking number. In the event of extreme weather or delays out of the carrier's control, orders may be held until conditions are safe for shipping.

 

How does shipping work?

Products are shipped via FedEx ground. The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. We require that an adult of 21 years of age or older sign for the product upon receipt. If no such person is available to sign for the product, the product will not be delivered and the carrier will leave a door tag notifying you that delivery was attempted. After three attempts, the package will likely be held at the nearest facility for up to 5 business days. Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes and APO addresses is not possible.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to select states within the US.

 

Can I return my order?

Please note that we do not offer returns based on taste preferences or a change of heart. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. When submitting a support request, please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • An explanation of the issue
  • A photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.

Please note: non-refundable purchases include any personalized items (e.g., engraved), all pre-sales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.

 

What if my product is damaged?

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to make sure your expectations are exceeded with Liquid Blackjack. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date at info@liquidblackjack.com and we will be happy to address any issues regarding the damaged item(s). When submitting a support request, please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • An explanation of the issue
  • A photo of the package and the contents of the package you received.

Please keep in mind we may require you to hold on to your damaged or incorrect items, in the condition you received them (including the original packaging) so that we can process a damage claim.
